And is important to an employer because you need to use right software for your work and being able to use it. You need also take advantage of the software so you can work efficiently using newest available technology. Employer doesn’t have to train you from the scratch.

Team working
Category: Skill

Being a team player is important to an employer because you need that skill to work in the group. That means being able to overcome their weaknesses and take advantage of their strengths to work on the target.


Leadership skills
Category: Skill

Leadership skills are important because while working in the group there is a certain job for everyone. Every group should have one leader. Leader manage the group and helps them to achieve the target.

This is important to employers because this law says about the respect to the other’s work. You cannot modify/delete or copy other’s work in any case without their permission.

Being able to work through and demonstrate good, problem-solving techniques will ensure that problems are recognised early. This is important because you need to keep your work at its best. It can be achieved by indentifying common mistakes, double checking work you hand-in and spell check. Rethinking the problem through might help to solve it in the best way.

Using correct company literature and letterheads, complying with the company dress code ensures that company will attract new customers and make them sure that company has good services/products. It also helps the brand increase their profits because customers judge if the service or product is good.
